Remember: please keep your returns receipt safe until we let you know we’ve got your parcel – this can take up to 7 days. If you paid by card, please allow a further 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
Don't have the original packaging? No problem! Just use a suitable alternative to pack the items. If you haven't kept the advice note, make sure you include a note inside with your name, address, account number, item numbers and the reason you're sending them back.
