Our return process is quick, easy and free of charge when using one of our flexible, convenient options.
Please return your parcel within 28 days of delivery - see our returns policy for more information.
We'll process your return as quickly as we can, but it may take up to 10 days.
Here is some information on the different returns options available to you, simply scroll through for more information:
Courier Collection
If you opt for a courier return, you can request a collection on a date of your choice - from your home, or another address.
You can also leave your parcel in a safe place if you're not going to be in.
Lockers
Lockers are available 24/7, so you can use the service at a time that suits you.
Parcel Shop's
Parcel Shops open early and close late, to fit in with your routine.
If you don't have a return label, and don't have a printer, we'd recommend you return via ParcelShop - you'll receive a QR code from Evri when you arrange your return.
Post Office's
To return at your local Post Office, you'll need to print a separate return label/obtain a QR code. Please bear in mind that your parcel MAY be delayed if you return via Royal Mail during their strike period. We'd recommend that you use Evri or ASDA.
ASDA Supermarket's
ASDA stores open early and close late, to fit in with your routine. If you didn't receive an ASDA return label within your parcel, you can print one here.
Don't have a printer, don't worry!
You'll also receive a QR code from ASDA when you arrange your return.
Furniture, or large home appliances (NOT delivered by Evri)
If you have a large item that needs to be returned, for example; a sofa/bed/fridge/dresser etc then you can request a collection from your home, or another address.
So, let's get started!
To send your parcel back to us, just follow these 4 simple steps:
Step 1 - Put your advice note in the parcel
PUT YOUR ADVICE NOTE IN THE PARCEL
SO WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE!
If you no longer have this, don't worry! Just put a note in the parcel with your customer number - this will be in the format A1234567. |
Step 2 - Repackage your good securely
REPACKAGE YOUR GOODS SECURELY
YOU CAN RE-USE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THE PARCEL CAME IN!
If you don't have the original packaging, no problem! So long as the parcel is secure and water tight, you can use any alternative. |
Step 3 - Attach your return label
ATTACH YOUR RETURN LABEL
JUST POP IT ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PARCEL!
Return labels for EVRI can be found on your advice note or you can print a replacement. For Post Office and Asda toyou returns, you'll need to print a label. |
